Friendly staff, Products are good and scalable, customer satisfaction is also taken very seriously but no growth opportunity as company is impatient to grow and would like to rehire rather than retain and train

The only likeable thing was the employee group we had while I was working there. Which was of course started by me, so that we do not lose our minds completely.

... pm, you should leave at 6:50pm or later because, sarkari naukri thode na hai 7. If you have to travel to someplace, you have to pay for that trip out of your pocket because company to salary de rhi h na, us pe fir aap travelling ka q maang rahe ho? 8. If you are working late, which you will, there will be no refreshments or snacks, not even water to drink, manage on your own. 9. During the Interview, I specifically mentioned that I take a week's leave to visit my parents, yet I had to fight a bloody war every time I asked for a leave.' 10. If you are sitting IDLE at home and your publishing manager gets a whiff of that, the first thing you will hear is: "Khali bethe ho to kaam hi kar lo office ka!" 11. If you are working from home, that means you are on leave. Yet, you have to submit work report at the end of the day. 12. Work report needs to be submitted in three different places, Whatsapp, Google sheets and hard copy file. 13. If by any means you prove yourself to be better than the publishing manager, get ready to be humiliated publicly for the SLIGHTEST mistake that you made. There are more points to add but I have better things to do, than to traumatize myself.

Only buttering your boss can save your job not your work performance. Mgt also not bother about the performer. Working culture is pathetic.

...anager will not let you leave before 7 PM and force you to do Overtime everyday. No compensation, no benefits and even in Covid they deducted more than 50% salaries. After two years, we are still waiting for our compensation. Worst company.
