Salary hike, appraisal, third party payroll, partiality between onroll and third party employee is worst. HR is not supportive

Management decisions is not really good for the junior level staff. Rules and regulations only need to follow to junior level, salary hike is poor as nothing.

Job security is the only one good thing I can said. So much politics happening there.

Good work environment and supportive the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and give salary hike and bonus every year and salary time to time.

There is a lot of politics in issues. Salary is time to time but career growths is slow. Company is a good management and professional.
