You will get practical knowledge about equipments if you work in wtp of the company. You will also be able to give family time and will be work free at home.

You won't be paid the best market salary. There will be no growth no learning and no promotion after few years.

Friendly colleagues and time compensation. No strict time, HOD and team are so supportive

Salary hike, appraisal, third party payroll, partiality between onroll and third party employee is worst. HR is not supportive

Management decisions is not really good for the junior level staff. Rules and regulations only need to follow to junior level, salary hike is poor as nothing.

Job security is the only one good thing I can said. So much politics happening there.
