...ange can provide fewer opportunities than anyone would need to grow and prosper. Compensation wise its below average and a double digit salary hike is something you can only dream off. Most of the jobs are for back office support as the India entity is itself called Major Service Center (MSC).

No growth opportunities for middle and higher level Managers, below average compensation.

Work culture is awesome. You will never find a more stressfree environment anywhere else, atleast that's what I think. All employees are very cooperative.

Dislikes

Hikes are average and below average most of the times. No hike with promotions. So, your base salary will be more probably your last laugh, as far as salary is concerned.

The main thing is that employee don't feel any pressure during work which is a great positive thing that should be there in any organisation .

Not any dislike but salary hikes are at some low level which needs to be increased.

Job Security if you are in the right department. Work Culture seems to be good but it becomes overburdened if the attrition is high.

Dislikes

Pay Structure is the worst in the industry. Even if you perform well, you won't get rewarded. Negative attitude towards senior employees even if you perform at your best, they have no way to appreciate or reward. Work Life balance is there only if you are in the right project. If you are stuck with wrong manager, then pray for yourself or exit immediately.

Dislikes

Only 1 to 2 % annual hike, no extra compensation. Policies are not employee centric. No one cares about employees health. Residential engineers and field support engineers are suffering the most in vivid and not getting any special allowance for visiting client site risking life.
