Free meals, good office premise, nice people ( colleagues)

Dislikes

...mpany is running on interns, the senior people they have are not skilled at all. No projects, micromanagement, salary will be cut if you are late, no wfh no matter what the condition is, bond of 2 years for freshers and paying below market standard,minimal appraisal,senior will blame juniors for their mistakes, the CEO should step down as he is just investing in marketing and harrassing employees or else focus more on not just getting certified as great place to work but also actually being one.

Colleagues are supportive, you can implement whatever you like in projects in terms of technology, lunch is free

Dislikes

Toxic leadership they dont care about anything other than their own interests, seniors are not skilled, micromanagement happens here, CEO is the main reason why the company is struggling, no projects, no job security, no work from home whatever the situation is, i had to come in heavy rains to office as no wfh was granted, very strict timings no flexibility ,salary is deducted if you come late, HR is incompetent and so are the leaders of most of the teams, no revenue and no appraisal.Minimum salary for freshers no matter how you performed you will get 3.2 lpa with bond of 2 years whereas on joining it was mentioned 4-6 lpa.Please check the policy documents carefully if you are joining, i would rather say avoid joining here.

Promised Data Science oppurtunities, ended up with mundane tasks. No training or projects matching my expertise. Lack of accountability and dismissive responses from management. left after internship due to unmet promises. Shockingly, security deposit not refunded despite valid reasons. Company's unethical practices and disregard for employees evident. A regrettable journey of broken promises and unprofessional conduct. Company even threatened to tarnish my background verification if i joined another firm. In sum, my experience has been one of shattered dreams, unfulfilled promises, and a complete disregard for their employees's potential. I urge anyone considering joining this company to think twice before falling into the trap of empty commitments and unprofessional conduct.

Moderate work pressure. Lunch is included.

Dislikes

No proper mentorship. Less skilled and knowledgeable employee. Policies are not employee friendly and they are changing based on the mood of Management. No appraisal. Delayed projects because of more number of less skilled people. No revenue.
