Don't respect employees personal life and time, too much pressure with exhausted environment. if person gives 100% of it still don't get appraisal.

Dislikes

Poor management. Overworking employees with no concept of work-life balance. Office is in a basement with no network...the administration does nit provide wifi even on pc that you are working on. When you have to send an email outside the office you have to go to a separate PC for emails that is shared by the whole office. Even if somebody is working hard they give very low increment and expect you to not have a personal life.

WORK ENVIRONMENT IS GOOD. A LOT TO LEARN. ALL PEOPLE ARE HELPFULL AND THEY ARE HELPFULL ESPECIALLY NEHA MAM. DIFFERENT CATEGORY OF PROJECTS. HARBIR SIR HAS DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF HORTICULTURE. SUNEET SIR HAS EXTRAORDINARY DESIGN SKILLS GOOD WITH DESIGN SPACE PLANNING. IN AFTER 6 MONTHS THEY GAVE A SITE VISITS TO ARCHITECTS WHO ARE WORKING.

everybody equally hates that office except neha mam, cuz she is paid TOO much

Dislikes

no party, no fun, nothing. plus the office is in basement, no sunlight. lack of management. have to come on time but NEVER get to leave on time. will give work from home if deadline is near. the people at lower positions suffer a lot
