You get very good salary at the time of joining, after that not much hikes. After few years you will earn lesser than freshers joining the team.

Diverse learning opportunities available as all oracle product learning and certification are free for employees. Work life balance is well . All projects run have interaction with OC team who in turn interacts with clients so the possibility of solution and other things can be dealt in much detail with OC.

Dislikes

Compensation and Benefits needs to be improved for employees especially salary revisions needs to be on par with market standard (after considering performance)

Oracle is self learning,self motivated and self driven company. From learning point of view lots of sources are available to continue learning. The good part of Oracle is continuous learning and flexible work culture.

Dislikes

Almsot everything - no career growth, no hike for years, no decent skills to learn, and people mostly stay here as they cannot find a job outside. They are mostly obsolete!

My entry into Oracle was after having 21 yrs of work experience and joined at Leadership level which was perfect timing for my career level and experience. Oracle is technology and entrepreneurial driven company and has huge potential for anyone with technical acumen and ready to learn attitude.

Dislikes

Oracle had some issue with compensation increase policy and thus it tends to trigger employees towards exit option but recently they have been working on those challenges and addressing them. Reason I came out from Oracle was not just because of compensation issue but wanted to transition towards Data Science and AI domain with full commitment.
