Oracle MyLearn has everything required to get certified on Oracle product offerings especially SQL, PL/SQL, Database Administration, Linux, Java, OCI etc...are some of the great certifications one can attempt while employed with Oracle.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

Job security - Good

Dislikes

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.
