Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.

OCSC is a great place to learn. There is not too much work pressure so you have good work life balance. You are given a lot of freedom and there is a lot of flexibility.

The compensation is only drawback in this company. There is not much hike given on a yearly basis.

You will get your full salary there is no performance part in ctc. You still get work from home.

It’s work culture is toxic, if you are a talented person they just dump work at you even though there are many people who just survive with routine things.
