Travel: whoever travels they will be travelling but no one knows why they are travelling and what are they achieving Not much Learning as we lost exposure to market because Oracle insists to work on their own technology and tools Outdated work environment Oracle buys innovation but never creates it

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.

You get very good salary at the time of joining, after that not much hikes. After few years you will earn lesser than freshers joining the team.
