Work-life balance is a great advantage even we could able to take work from before pandemic there were no restrictions,

There was no salary appraisal for the 3.5 years of my endeavor, They hire people with great knowledge, but place in a hostile environment, They may work on obsolete technology which not being used anywhere in the market. The people who have more hold become the managers and it is very hard to overcome and convince them our ideas, if you want to survive there then must be a pet of managers, I am sure that the employees and managers not even heard about the new technologies

It's just the dream company. Gives you perfect work life balance, great work culture, newer technologies and vast area of growth if you really try. It's a self service company which means you need to monitor your own growth, no one will follow up with you on regular basis. You can learn a lot if you want also can maintain excellent work life balance.

Hike is very less. Sometimes no hike.

I was with an amazing team. I became a JavaScript expert while working with them. And I was never under pressure of delivering everything quickly and it ensured quality.

Compensation. They are not good at retaining fresh talents. But yes, people comeback and stay forever.

1. No salary hike in 5 years, i.e. since the time I joined. Just the excuse "we dont have budget" 2. Taking a leave or even 2 hours off the manager makes you feel as though you're stealing from his house. 3. No Training, they say they dont have budget for it. If somehow one enrolls they are frowned upon by managers "is the training relevant to our work" . Not to mention the daily and weekly updates you need to share after the trainings. 4. Managers and directors feel they are working on rocket science. Working with them feels like working with daily wagers.
