Salary and appraisals are very much biased. You have to say yes to manager if he is wrong also. Because here everything is in the hands of manage. So manager will give all the benefits to pets and others have to struggle.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

Dislikes

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.

We can say Oracle is brand and we'll recognised. Job security . Salary on time

0% learning, no cutting edge technologies, no proper work culture. No appraisal, no promotions. If you want a good experience as a geek never ever join this Org.

Work Flexibility sometimes.

Dislikes

No hikes and no promotions for years. Bonus is written on papers only. It will not be paid(3 years once they pay little). Except work flexibility nothing good here. Now it is also not there because of agile policy. No learning. you should work on old technologies. Few managers show their psychoism on us. They don't treat employees as professionals. They treat as laborer.
