OCSC is a great place to learn. There is not too much work pressure so you have good work life balance. You are given a lot of freedom and there is a lot of flexibility.

Dislikes

The compensation is only drawback in this company. There is not much hike given on a yearly basis.

Wonderful company which invests regularly in employee's career growth. Lot of Opportunities in various functions within Oracle. Work pressure is less as compared to other service based companies. For someone who's interested in learning and who's self motivated, this is the place to be. You'll have abundance of resources to educate yourself.

Dislikes

There is no regular hike cycles. If you stay here for more than 3 years, your salary will be lesser than your peers. You gotta ask for a good hike when you join, and not think about your next hike for at least a couple of years.

Flexible work hours and compensation

Compensation is decent, but work pressure and expectations are quite high. Too much of process orientation, documentation and the document links. When in need, neither the document nor anyone will be able to help you. Even if someone is aware of the process due to their long years of service they won't help you, instead wait for you to do the mistake, then highlight the mistake to take credit and get noticed by the management. No job related training either on process nor functional aspects. Organization hardly care about it's employee, their development nor support them during the tough times like Covid.

...ple hold position because of seniority. They have zero people management skills. No growth, pathetic compensation, no skill development, mental harassment. A management without any vision. Junior level employees are literally suffering here. Honestly I will never ever recommend anyone. You will regret like me. Don't do mistakes, find other company. At last the work culture is like a FMCG distributor running his business with few sales man.
