Great work life balance. Decent pay while joining. Good managers in general.

Dislikes

Predated technology stack, little to no innovation, no hikes and no bonus. No free parental insurance. People are reluctant to try something new.

Likes

Not great team environment, not a great place to work more than 2 yrs, no dynamism, heavy and proprietary tech stack makes you feel uncomfortable to leave the company.

Dislikes

Not a good pay master, incentives quarter by quarter skipped so that year can be skipped in as a result! No team outings.

Slow paced development work. Flexible timings. RSU is some relief considering their poor salary package

Dislikes

1.poor career growth - no industry standard learning 2. Poor financial growth: hikes happen like rain in desert, once in a while. That too of poor percentage ( at times even single digit ). You can’t beat inflation with salary increment 3. Low standard work: the nature of work is that you mostly deal with outdated tech stack, tools and processes. No real learning from day to day work. Even the smallest piece of task would need complicated processes and approvals making it unnecessarily boring with no useful takeaway

My colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily in collaboration. Work-life balance was amazing.

Dislikes

...on ADF framework on JAVA 1.6 which is behind 10 years from current technologies. No hike, no bonus. No growth on the personal front.
