...Only boot lickers with no attitude towards work are promoted. Too much politics. 2 - 6% salary hike, worst among all the organizations. 3 - Management is just for name and politics, even VP doesn't know how the increment is done and how much fund will be given to the specific team. These decisions are made at SVP level which is too bad. They don't have a vision of how people will be promoted, they only aim for their profit and their own salary share. 4 - Managers highlight a simple work of a boot lockers as if he conquered the Himalayas. Opportunities are also given to those people only.

COMPENSATION AND FACILITIES ARE GOOD. NEVER JOIN THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE JOBLESS. THERE IS NOTHING TO LEARN AND HUGE MICROMANAGEMENT. YOU CAN BE SENT OUT ANYTIME AND YOU WONT BE ABLE TO GET NEW JOBS POST WORKING HERE COZ ALL YOUR SKILLS WILL GO WASTED HERE.

1. No yearly hikes and if that happens then that too very low 2. Dont expect every Oracle product will be available for free training

Got to work on cloud Server Technology projects.Communicated with people at Director level of hierarchy.Company has a gym, billiards and a table tennis table.

...ss were reluctant to share information .No learning or career progression curve.Salary details were leaked to other team members.Team Manager had poor soft skills.No escalation matrix.

...on but current manager is micro managing that lead to leave this organization... And Oracle is very poor in salary hike.
