Salary hike is too low or there is not streamline process to beat inflation each year.

You will get lot of free oracle courses and free exams. You will get good technical work,lot of challenges to learn new things in your domain. You will get chance to learn new technologies which comes under Oracle.

Corporate politics No practical and genuine appraisal Job insecurity Worst management culture Human Resource doesn’t work independently. They are always in sync with management, irrespective if they are right or wrong No bench support No help in searching for projects for employees Impractical deadlines and work No travelling allowance No relocation support (just support by proving the house security deposit as a loan) - no guest house No reimbursement of expenses incurred during business travelled

Likes

Oracle is a great place to learn new oracle technologies. It gives opportunities for challenging works. Lot of scope to self explore and learn.

Dislikes

Compensation and benefits are not great. It never gives 100% of bonus component. No hike in salary. Lot of pressure to deal with as you will be onsite working at client's location. So you will be assigned tasks from your Oracle manager and work from your client. You will have to attend Oracle meeting and also client's. No suitable for people whose family is dependent on them as job requires lot of travel.

Good work environment, friendly colleagues and huge company so great job security until something goes really wrong

Dislikes

Terrible growth opportunities, really terrible pay and increment, no transparency, too much power given to managers.
