Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

If you ask even during appraisals, they will just say your appraisal has nothing to do with a hike, it's just a performance review.
