Work life balance is very good, lot of value to persons.

Dislikes

You get very good salary at the time of joining, after that not much hikes. After few years you will earn lesser than freshers joining the team.

OCSC is a great place to learn. There is not too much work pressure so you have good work life balance. You are given a lot of freedom and there is a lot of flexibility.

Diverse learning opportunities available as all oracle product learning and certification are free for employees. Work life balance is well . All projects run have interaction with OC team who in turn interacts with clients so the possibility of solution and other things can be dealt in much detail with OC.
