Very very good WLB Very easy to switch teams Good health insurance Overall culture

Dislikes

No salary restructuring even on switching teams. Bonus not given (it's not a guaranteed part of CTC but 0 bonus from a company like Oracle is disappointing) No transparency in hike/reviews/promotions.

Fine place to learn and get certified in oracle product. Resource Managers are supportive(Maybe I was fortunate to have a good manager) On request, the managers are good to offer WFH

Dislikes

No pay raise for years No rewards or recognition No encouragement to train n get skills upgraded Legacy softwares and primitive methods in use. Did not get to work on the latest technology No travel opportunities No celebrating a product release or achievements Not even annual day is celebrated.
