Free courses and certification. OFSS is like a college but no need to pay tuition fees because it's already being deducted from your non existing hikes and promotions. It's very good to sharpen your skills and then jumpship. It feels like they promote and want employees to resign. Not by firing , just extended exploitation. If you are a beginner , join , learn and jumpship after 1 year exactly, don't stay long. Same goes for laterals as well. Don't expect much.

Dislikes

No growth . Peanut hikes (3-5%) . No promotion even after staying for 3 years , delivering everything , taking ownership and being available almost all the time when required. Manager talks cringe when asked about hikes . HRs are basically like govt office workers , just do paper work .

I love the way how we learn a lot of new things on a dad to day basis. By working here we will have a very good scope to learn new things.

Dislikes

Less compensation benefits. They will hire for very low package. People of my experience or less will get double the package outside than here which is very disheartening.

At OFSS, you get exposure to some of the latest enterprise technologies such as Java Springboot, Microservices, Angular, etc as long as you are in some good projects. There is also a lot of Onsite opportunities which help with building your professional skills.

Dislikes

...ho have been working with the company for 4-5 years are not being taken care of. I see Freshers and 1-2 years experience laterals joining at a much higher compensation than someone who's been working with the company for 4 years!
