Here in this company mostly work will be on SQL and PLSQL, company tools for customisation. Getting to work on these technologies also very less. So if we talk about career growth, learning will be very less.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I loved to ve part of a team that had lots of talented people and lots of opportunities to learn. I made lots of good friends.

Low salary and hikes . Old technology. Good and elegant works is not appreciated and credit is taken by old timer even most help needed from you and most people know you doesn't matter. Slow people are appreciated.
