Their is deputy hr she doesn't know anything about hr role. She never does things on time like salary everything she will always give you fake commitment like she has prepare pay roll and blah .

Well a company is always run by working employees and not HR Management is terrible and always neglect your needs Most funny, promoting females with 2-3 years of experience to Manager in the name of female empowerment rather than their skills. Well if you have to evaluate a company then go for count of their most dedicated and experienced employee. the less the base employee, the better the company is and they fire them saying we can hire 4 employees on their salary There are lots of reason not to consider and details can be very long.

I working with opusing Since 2 years and its been such a blessing to work here. If I start talking about opusing I see everything in a positive way. work environment is very comfortable and I have felt always happy working here.

The organization has no policies or bussiness structure.Kept old employees and promoted them who don't have any knowledge about what they are doing.The team leaders don't know anything ,harsh and play dirty politics with employees.Worst place to work ,poor incentive structure ,owners and directors gave no concern for their employees.No management.Some girls take advantage with the Tl and the TL became partial to other employees.They will loose good hard working employees for the unworthy dumb buttering employees.
