...e management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and balcony for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Great place to learn a lot of technologies in a short span of time, great for people who can take ownership of components and deliver instead of relying on continuous guidance and inputs.

Dislikes

The management culture has degraded overtime, the middle and lower layer is filled with great talent, but most of upper management has a very conservative thought-process in terms of talent retention and skill development. Since most of the managers are from technical background, very rare people skills are observed in the company. If you don't have a good manager, consider yourself in a very difficult position.

I liked everything about this company - people, culture, type of projects, to sum up (Everything!)

Dislikes

Favoritism is there, but, it's everywhere. People are staying here for 8-9 years, so obviously, they will be more respected/heard/loved than people who have recently joined. You need to prove yourself than just sitting & comparing to such people.

Happy with the team I'm part of. Good amenities in the office. Satisfied with the work.

Dislikes

Priorities in work keep changing frequently. Onboarding and training of new employees on business needs improvement.
