1. No salary hike and variable pay since last 3yrs, if you get average rating. This is shocking as these things happen in service based companies mostly. 2. Canteen food is unhealthy and expensive. 3. NP of 90days is a setback for looking at outside opportunities.

Everything is in variable pay,lot of cuttings which are part of CTC but will not be included. Some managers maintain their existence based on communication ..no skills. Partiality between region.

There are no appraisals and you are given the minimum salary. No promotions. They don’t have any new work, just maintaining the already existing services.

... stack and asked to work on different. Good for bachlors, not for family people. Once failed in PIP they remove you in one day without any compensation, if you came across PIP, before they start, you resign, so you will get 3 months for preparation. Never trust managers.

Salary on time Optum culture is good but there new acquired company hix have managers who do micromanagement and are not familiar with the Optum culture

Micromanagement in HIX department HIX managers do not have the culture Optum is having They are following strict 3 day work model for now
