Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

Work-life balance, good employee benefits, above par market pay, latest technology, vast opportunity and always green healthcare industry..

Dislikes

Tooooo large to understand the company structure.. can't blame as it is company of companies tooo many products due to acquisitions, mergers and ech have thier own process..

The culture is degrading year by year. And salary hike and bonus also not good. Promotion benefits also very less. Boring culture. Not much activities from team side. Not much outings or gatherings.

1. Positive environment 2. Job security 3. Friendly help from sme,s and team lead. 4. Friends are made rest of life.

1.No salary hike as per market rates 2. Torture in case of pending work is left till eod.

Good pay and less challenging office work , better if you are planing for distance studies

To much managers than workers. Managers tend to get teight competition from higher management they tend to put all presure to the bottom employees its more like half cooked projects and mostly dont golive.
