I’m an senior software engineer and I have terminated without notice and asked me to pay my joining bonus. I’m an permanent employee for Optum I have served for 11 months and with out any prior notice they terminated and no notice period and now immediate termination. It is not following any employee policies so,I don’t like this company anymore

...e management is transperant. Always push employees to grow in future endeavours. Company salaries are good, and they give good salary hikes during appraisal.

The co. very rarely gave employees opportunity to go on site. This should improve and the management should sent employees who are working since from more than 4+ years.

I have been with Optum for approx 3 years. Good company with great learning opportunities and good in culture.

All good, need more work on compensation. Salary correction should be get placed for each employee not for specific group

... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.
