Don't know about AR caller and RCM process especially non voice processes are worst at all segments like salary, learnings, culture, process related knowledge etc, I agree all corporate companies have there own politics goes inside but Optum Hyd will be 1st in it and higher management like managers and DM's are really good at back stabbing and they teaches you how to become lazy without any development in life and career

...owth in terms of learning is little slow as compared to other similar companies. And the pay is less. But if you want to be in a positive firm without a stressful life, then this is the one!

Can develop things from scratch. lot of learning scope.you can go to any company if u learn properly.Lot of opputunities.People are friendly and encoraging

No brand value.you wont get calls.Less compensation.poor company in terms of hike when compared to market value

Nothing for now. Last year it is used to be one of the best organisation. When it is used to be Episource. Now after Optum acquiring it becomes worst.

Please dont join optum unless you have been offer a good package and after join dont except beyond 4% hike and for name it is an product based company but worst than service based company, remember dont ever join dental team
