IF YOU CANT MEET THE TARGET NEXT DAY TEAM MEET YOU WILL BE FIRED,INSULTED,HUMILIATED 5.U NEED TO APOLOGISE OFFICIALLY THROUGH MAIL U NEED TO TAG WHOLE TEAM,MANAGERS,SMES. 6.SMES BEHAVE LIKE BOSS.AND THEY DONT EVEN HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WORK. ONE SME IN HYDERABAD "NITIN " IS VERY GOOD HE WILL BE REACHING GOOD POSITION IN FUTURE . MAIN IMPORTANT THING "OT" Only 6hours a week you need to work for OT. If you work Saturday or Sunday 6hours only you will get 1000/rs ,if you divide those 6hours into each day 2hours you will be give 200rs for 2hours. And here is the scam Managers wantedly make you do daily 2hours extra and give 200 and make you work for 3days and give you 600 and so that your 6hours OT is completed Instead of giving Saturday 6hours with 1000/-,So,money is saved for company.

Cab facility is good, Nice salary but depends on experience.

Training was too much bad, trainer was doing partially with me, actually she was female trainer and she flirt with me instead of give proper training. Very hard to survive in Optum, Management is very bad. Long hour shift 9:30 hours shift. I would say if you want to join Optum please think before it 100 times. Teammates was not good because if during training time everyone show competition then a good team can not generate. Coordination between team not good. Everybody shows attitude who's working in Optum.

Cost Cutting, the company is fooling employees in the name of the bright idea ( they are saving large amount and the associate ending up getting 50r/s USB cable. Too many Internal politics.

... that I joined Optum. It has the best infrastructure and job security is 10000%. Salary always on time. Management is too lenient and the best part is that I have never felt this much leverage and freedom in any other company. Optum is indeed a great place to work. they provide both sided cabs as well. I have literally no complaints. everything including HR, and senior staff has been very helpful.

Most projects has good work life balance unless your in production support. Less layoffs compared to other companies

Less pay and hikes compared to other product based companies . 20% variables which will be paid based on company and your performance . Less technical growth .
