...ulture and respect for it's employees, but all vanished with passage of time. You can ask to bifurcate your salary 50-50 in your account and your spouse account. Few staff members are enjoying this to save tax. Mr. Gopal Krishna Tharad's behaviour is often humiliating.

Dislikes

Monthly salary slip is not issued. Annual salary certificate was provided after multiple reminders just before last date for submission of ITR. More than 50% staff is under contractors and don't get PF and Esic benefits No communication is about holiday till last day. No annual holiday list is there. Shivam Gupta brother in law of Mr. Sidharth Gupta (partner) is a double mouth snake and has spoiled coordination and cooperation culture of company. Previously office computers were maintained by R&D engineers, now they don't care. Once working time was reduced by 2 hours & Shivam Gupta wrote in company what's app group, "Today will be holiday after 5 pm". You can understand his IQ level. He is having indiscriminate power so he behaves idiotically. 6 Rajasthani guys are given big benefits like free fooding & lodging + bikes with fuel to travel & air tickets to home town, loans to pay credit card bills. Till Mr. Shivam Gupta is there, anyone shouldn't join the company.

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
