Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Optoma has nothing to be liked,total fraud company with fake promises and false trade practices.

Dislikes

...and his friends in & out of the organisation control everyone acc to their mood.They will make fake promises regarding career growth,salary,perks & benefits but nothing will be fulfilled. They will give you 4-5000 incentives or diwali bonus and will act as they are doing a favour on you. Think before you join this organisation.you will see new employees every 3-4months as they dont know bow to treat there employees. No career opportunities or growth aspects are there. A lot of troubles and questions to claim mere 5000rs of local conveyance.
