Bond policy is like trap in the organization they will not give you hike in bond specially and after bond also. In the name of appraisal they will increase in thousands only year wise. And be clear for which you are going because once you joined they can put you in any field or technology even without knowing your interest. So be careful for that and if you will complain they will not listen you any how until you will no leave the organization.

Optimus Information is a good organization to learn. They gives good compensation and satisfactory annual appraisals. Environment is quite happening and before Covid they use to organise weekly learning programs, monthly/quarterly/annual parties, free dinner and cab facility if stay late for work. Work life balance is also good.

You will be asked multiple time about any concern you may have but no action will be taken. 10. Manager is not able to take decisions. 11. Company has lost multiple projects. 12. Do not join this at any cost.
