...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

In this that critical situation where are government got fail. Government all facility just on paper we have just support from are orginazation with job security. Our orginazation always teach use how to save our self and live healthy life.

Company is too good no doubt but company staff is to rude and they just behave like unprofessional and as like that they made optum company environment unprofessional and likh one of the lala's company. I give you one example:- how is that possible my all seniors belong to same ex-company. because of that they all are behave likh some and no one come to share some issue with them. User's think HR is batter option to ask questions and get answers. They are openly saying some rude word with our job security. And there is no value of those mail which we received on health issue about company culture and as like others until one of senior person involved in it. They are saying do stretch and of the light house. I have faced many more issue but no one can do something about that.

It is very pleasure to work in optum it's a safe and security job for girls as well, I learned many things from that environment we can balance our died according to the shifts package is also good.

Nothing i do have, still it always depends upon person to person. Kuch toh faltu log har jagah hote hai... They only spoil the work culture. Apart from that company policies are too good.
