Big big issue is next project finding. They do interview make offer and project starts. But if project over they will send you out. No job safety at all. Many in my project team asked to leave company last few days. I started job searching but I also got exit notice in October. Also no leave encashment. They won't allow leave now in notice also. Leaves are wasted. So finally losing job and no leave payment also. Poor job experience here.

Joined in Pune last year 2022 beginning. They have a very small 10 people office inn kharadi. I was in project client site. Any thing to ask the company, HR peoples answered well. Pune Account manager team was not responsive. Salary doubt and all HR and Finance will answer. but project difficulty, another project discussion and all no one was able to help me. Client told contract is over. Immediately company also gave termination notice to me. When I ask another project they say they have no other project. I was ready to relocate. Then also they said no project. It is a big shock to me. We came for long term jobs to this company but they throw us out when project over. In Pune they have a small set up and just using people then throwing when time comes. Very bad experience.

...he management says to us. Entry will be very fast, exit will also be too fast. Think before joining this company, Don't fall on their false promises and pay.

Good Onboarding process mostly remote. Project not very difficult. No training given. Certification they wont reimburse. Decent package they give.

...d onsite to my manager after 1 year he said wait for some more time which is ok. But when I asked how much they will pay in Singapore then manager asked Singapore team for Salary. The onsite salary is so low there is no use going onsite by this company. No training given much also. Good for stay 1-2 years for salary then go on.

Continued Haze in Singapore affected family health forcing to return back to India within an hour otherwise could have worked for at least 2 years and resulted in contract extension as well
