Worst company I worked ever. Salary hike is not good maximum to 2 to 3% they are giving. At any point of time they can fire you and you will be always having this fear in your mind. They are making a salary structure. With a very minimum basic pay because company has to pay very less PF from employer side. Leaves brakes is very difficult to take their not allowing. Management is directly sending the mail that this person didn't performed so we fired him/her Even if you are asking for a sick leave they are saying that you have to come to office we will not approve your sick leave. Worst experience Atlas but not the least they are not negotiating with the notice period they are very rigid that you have to serve 90 days of notice

I am the new Joiner to ITC Infotech. The one thing i most appreciate, that our whole training was started from the scratch, this helps me a lot to gain a knowledge about dotnet as it was new programming language for me and now I am able to create any projects on dotnet, angular, react with the help of courses given by ITC Infotech. Overall I am satisfied with the courses and training given by the organisation.

Dislikes

...e working in night shift they will provide cab facilities and even after 8PM. 2. For Bangalore region the salary will be less means deductions will be more as per my convenience, i come to know this when i compared with other locations. 3. For girls there will be no Proper accomodation around if there means vacancy was not there.

...agers having friendly nature, work pressure means it's all depends on project. About salary every month last day they'll credit to our account. I'm really happy with that. My previous company Experis IT private limited is waste payroll team not even 1 month also I didn't get proper salary. When you are in bench mean they will give three months salary to you. By showing some other projects to you.

Green campus. If you have a good team, the life will be good.

No recognition. No pay hike until you put down your paper. Managers always show biscuits don't get trapped. Bargain well before joining because you will get nothing after joining.

Nice location inside Bangalore, but traffic now is a problem. Migration projects are good. Team is dedicated and professional. ITC limited brand benefits is ITC hotel 25% off.

Dislikes

...s negligible. Salary gets delayed by 6 months and no arrears are paid for those. There is no clear communication from HR on the performance rating or from immediate manager and once salary hike is credited we must assume rating. No power of HR and Managers are treated like third class citizen.
