Everything.. mom n pop culture, late salary, abusive language, unethical practices, no reimbursement, no dues clearance. I have not got my a month salary for more than a year.

Worthless, vision less , completely unethical, thief company, do not pay on time, salary comes in months, FnF no time frame.. my has been 6 months. It's completely a baniya company where ppl work on in over pressure, seniors are useless, HR just trying to save there jobs and no employee rights policy. ..

The organisation is open to innovation and readily adops latest tchnology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products .Another plus point is that my colleaques come from various culture backgrounds and we work happilly in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is very bad as well as growth is also slow. The work pressure is very high. Some times , I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day. In respect, we did not get any appreciation from seniors. We never got incentives for our hard work .

That was tremendous journey when I was done a job in optiemus and I had learn much key things from there and while the time QA team was also supportive and collaborate with for all the bottle neck and I can say optiemus has put strong base in job journey…again thanks to entire Optiemus team ans management.

In my thought and things one things require for there that is space issue because on those Time space issue was having on there so let suppose if business will got express in same plan then it will complicated to aligned all things on there which one meet to QA process and looking fine tune there.rest all things was looking good there.

My FNF is still pending to be cleared by Optiemus. Highly unprofessional on thr exit front. It could've been carried out in more signified way.
