Having worked at optculture, I can say it's the worst experience of my career. The management erratic decision-making and consistently shifting moods created an unstable work environment. I deeply regret spending my valuable time there as it was frustrating and disheartening experinece.

They don't give you an official offer letter while joining only compensation details. The bond is of 1.5 years (which they informed of after joining) and if we leave before that then they won't give relieving letter and experience letter, means you can't join any other company. Very thing is on MD discretion.
