Great place to learn, a company that works for future, Leading company in Discovery to Resolution solutions, its more like a family than a corporate company, no egos and every one are down to earth and respect each other. if willing to learn every one will go beyond to help you and teach you the new tech stack.

From the formation to till date its a company with same ethics, i have worked in many organisations every one had some issues but this company i see no such issues. there is nothing to dislike here

Work from home option is available apart from that no major advantages

There is no work life balance. Since we have to do wfh now you are expected to be available 24x7. strategically company lack vision

yup , there are somethings that i don't like about OpsRamp.they include , the work , i'm actually getting more attracted to work , more enthusiastic to learn day by day, excited to be there at office which make you to stick to OpsRamp even though you get offers from other companies with much more packages.
