Higher officials has less sincerity and often using toxic individuals to insult others. Internal politics are widespread. we never get good technical advancement from this company.

...They force employees to work till 9:30 and don't provide cab services to ladies. Due to "cost-cutting" measures, there is a female engineer who must make a 20-kilometer trip by herself home alone by 9:30 night by public services. Out of a team of 20 people in the India team, 5 people have submitted their resignation in the last three months due to the managements hostility. The country manager handles everything because there is no HR. In a meeting aimed at reprimanding at the Indian staff, the management stated that they believe employees are replaceable. They claim to offer work from home but all requests go to country manager and they often deny requests
...ry 8 hour billing reporting requirement , even though there aren't many tasks . This was not communicated before signing up, and failing to meet it would be result in a reduced pay increase .
In alignment with other reviews Indian employees are reportedly treated poorly by the onsite team , and there is no travel facility for female employees after 7:00Pm , contrary to legal requirements.
The management is deemed unprofessional and immature for collecting personal linkedin accounts and credentials for business purpose . Additionally there is no salary increments . Adjustments are tied to individual performance but have never been implemented .
Negative Political gossips in parking lots is causing substantial issues, targeting others and involving high ranking management individuals seated in India .
The Company lacks technical expertise ,excluding technical individual from onsite and CTO.
Pay increases are rare, we have to report 8 hours compulsory every day or get warnings. Sometimes we have to double book customers to make the 8 hours. It's difficult to get work from home.
