Third class culture and also the management, only salary part is good, Biggest politics happening in senior level management and if you are new in system then definitely you will be get notice In 6 to 7 month regarding that you will be discounted from system.

Only time is wasted in this company,if you are OEC (pramoter) and you have good knowledge and degree but will never give pramotion even if you give 3 to 5 year of your life In a way, you have to work as a donkey by showing the greed of incentives to these people, only to spoil the career of the new young generation: If you want to become a career then do anything but asa promoter never join any managment in this company is absolutely useless

Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. Low variables, company payroll is third party so have much more issues while taking loans. No motivation for employees.

The salary is very less and the traveling claim of the employee comes in two to three months delay. There is no working culture and no employee increment. The HR team here is very fraud. The date of joining given here is not given to you on the offer letter. They don't even give Experience and Relieving letter from HR team and don't even receive calls.

Salary create area is very poor. Target base Salary and Some month are Target not completely So many Reasons to target not achieve and salary deduction so this part is improving and my personal Experience i have Received 2 month only 1600-1500 this not Satisfied Amount because Every employee Emi ( home loan, Study loan ) etc salary create area is not comfortable.... Pls Improvement... Thank you So Much Oppo Family..
