No time for your family No life balance Every month u will face new rule U only on paper as TL...but u have to Handel HR, Branding, Training, Worker ..you will lose your self respect any many more thing....of you failed to achive target than u will punish like..Pushup, Squad, week off cancel, or go to 12, 15 km by walk etc...

Working profile is same as key Responsibilty , but salary is very less in comparison on competition brand like vivo, and no traveling allowance available, Job security is in your manager's hand only , hr will not involved in any solution

Lot politics and manager never address our issues, No Traveling allowance and less salary other then comparison brand

Job Security ie very less, Management is not good,In Sales department Career growth & Oppertunity are good.

Management Company policy HR Policies No any increament in salary only Hr ask with employees, Chinese didn't give approval for any employee.

In April and may They are provided 60% to 70% of salaries and no incentives and In June month they gave full salary with good incentives

If doing good work also am not get promoted and also not getting salary hike also working from 2015 I got only 2k of salary hike in 4.5 years

The salary is very less and the traveling claim of the employee comes in two to three months delay. There is no working culture and no employee increment. The HR team here is very fraud. The date of joining given here is not given to you on the offer letter. They don't even give Experience and Relieving letter from HR team and don't even receive calls.
