Oppo is the good company...I got such a good experience in this company...I got good salary and great incentive from this company.

...ork and I got stress when I m not complete my target at the end of the month....but fortunately it's happens only sometime and salary is good but career growth is so slow.

It is a good platform for the youth work in that company.And get high salary and time to time salary given. In the bank directly and give us mobile phone in half price.

The difficult things of this job is weasy have to work 12 hours a day. I have much more from this job like how to convince the costumer to buy any phone and your speeking skill also improves. The hardest part of this job is i have to stand whole day for atteding the costumer. The enotable part is job was you can earn more and more incentives when you sell your mobiles..

Salary is good, Incentives is the only part of earning Self learning Basic Core marketing & sales work, it's good company for freshers to learn & work but not more than 2 years.

Dislikes

Management is very poor, no integrity in several departments, no appraisals, low basic salary, no supports from company on Market issues & also to increase increaments, no such satisfying policy for employees About health insurance. Low variables, company payroll is third party so have much more issues while taking loans. No motivation for employees.

Salary create area is very poor. Target base Salary and Some month are Target not completely So many Reasons to target not achieve and salary deduction so this part is improving and my personal Experience i have Received 2 month only 1600-1500 this not Satisfied Amount because Every employee Emi ( home loan, Study loan ) etc salary create area is not comfortable.... Pls Improvement... Thank you So Much Oppo Family..
