Company given a good designation but TA, DA, and very low salary package, company management level is 0 because not given a solution and information correct time so many deal not creck on time.

...if you late 1 minute then they will mark 500 rs or some time 1000 rs panelty. 2.Very low yearly salary growth ( in 3 years my total increment is 5000 rs ) and they didn't increase salary when they give promotion to some one. 3.Every time they make rules as per him convince. 4.Multiples issue if you are taking leaves ( they are allowing minimum leaves ). 5.Carrier growth is not available here. 6.Any time they can transfer you to any location. 7.Unnecessory work lode is there.

the gud things. my team within my area was absolutely amazing! my manager & 2IC where absolutely wonder and caring people whom i miss dearly. The challenges consistently short staff didn't get meal breaks ridiculous target area manager showed no concern for staffs emotional well being.

compensation is decent but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. everyday i have to work 14 - 16 hours straight in a day as i have attend client, customer & collect all sale and branding data from a market. and sometime i will work late into the night in market. managers do not value an individuals, unique strengths, which is why i have take back my suggestions most unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. thank you

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the China and Russia . But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a CHAINA based client and they have some offices in Biging, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy

Compensation is Very bed, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have toMeet Many Delars in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Management is very bad. Rules are very bad. No promotion here. All 10th, 12th , ITI, diploma even B. tech level employees putted in same category. How a ITI employee can be senior to a B. tech employee, most employee have ITI qualification who is in senior post, mostly employee don't have degree, mostly employee have fake diploma and degree. only those employee get promote either they have less qualification or they are close to a senior person.
