Actually i have never seen this type of product and product range . Actually our INDIA market was very huge & different market . and day by day our INDIA will be growing like so much of constructions . Our Lighting is very best for Builders & Architecture's & Hospitals and big big go downs . If suppose Our range will growth definitely we are become a leader in INDIA .

I am travelled 2 times in our Organization , First my inning was I am very happy with management and I am very enjoyed and I am done with in the year 5 Cr Business . My Second innings was very worst , because of reason high dumping , lot of schemes are pending & wrong commitments. Proper level not settled to channel partner's at least they don't know how to treat Channel partners . ( After I joined I discussed with some channel partners and above 700 days 1000 days payments are I collected - If your any doubt please discuss with your Financial team Mr.Sanjeev & Mr.Dev bansal ) . But some higher management people are very worst ( That's why Our Organization was spoiled ) and they don't know how to use down level employees. And at least they are not listening what happened in ground level and they don't have any idea for that . And one more thing they are don't discuss with state wise Distributor's . They are not ready to discuss with channel partners are issues . At least top level who were work with us ( Channel partners ) they don't take any suggestions for the market improvement . If will take decisions then these all are one by one improve then automatically we are in the best. At least you people are think, why people very good people's are resigned our Organization . This is not my personal . If you have any doubt please feel free call me . I am ready to prove what will happen . If suppose I got a opportunity definitely will prove again . Don’t waste your time and career to join this company. There is no respect of indian. Indian are like nothing for them. Even there is no separate washroom for female employees National sales head will torture you like hell. You will never able to complete the target Flop product, flop management and flop culture.
