Opoyi is like a family, founders are always helpful to the one in need. Also, they are very supportive in individuals growth. Team members are helpful and always boost each others motivation to do the best. Every individual have their own responsibilities and everyone plays an important role irrespective of hierarchy [Flat hierarchy].

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
