I am work in switch gear department there emergency handling good experience giving for me. Equipment isolation lock out tag out system good safety giving for workers, so i am very proud of my work.

I think we need coordination of other departments.

Good learning scope for freshers. It has their own NABL accredited Relay Maintenance/Repairing lab in eastern India .You will be a masterpiece in C&R panel and breaker panel segment ..

Salary/ Appraisal is very poor . Work environment is not so good.
