I have worked 3 yr in this company during the working period skill developed learning very good.

Dislikes

During working every month salary not properly given. Management not properly work. If anybody resigned settlement not settled.

...ion no pressure job. Any emergency that time only pressure work. Good team work. Salary no problem and salary given only problem because date 7 that time only not properly maintained my family. Also my OEG Team good Team .

The company and my reporting head had given me the space to work and freedom to take decisions. I was given an opportunity to join as an executive and gradually lead the department.

Dislikes

The salary provided was not what for the work done by the employees. Company politics degraded the employees.

As a fresher,to start career with OEG is good to learn a lot of things.

The work pressure was sometimes high ,some days have to work for 12hrs a day and also salary is not worth regarding to your studies.

This site salary paypment system is good & client working atmosphere is very good and family life is very good as site is nearest to city.

Dislikes

There is no job security at one location and posting may be changed so that work & family life balancing is not possible. In O&M company job security depend upon the customers incharge satisfraction not on work performence. There is no proper policy for F&F settlement.OEG HR policy not so good.
