OpenText offers flexible work environment where employees can work , learn and share knowledge to his own or extended teams. There are few great leaders in the organization who guide team member to accomplishments and also help grow in the organization. Each one is valued and individual work is visible at leadership level.

Compensation is not as per market standards

1. IT department is plus point to the organisation. 2. Quick ticket solving. 3. On-time salary. 4. Better technologies are used so good place to learn a new technology. 5. flexible working hours at starting and later it bent towards strictness(doesn't matter for me).

Dislikes

1. No or low hikes. 2. Manager's behaviour- They dont value candidate's opinion and on the other hand wants them to take their own decision. 3. More than 9 hours of work. 4. No appreciation for hard work. 5. Politics or blame game. 6. Bonus is rarely provided more than 30% in an year, which is a part of CTC.
