-Confused, incapable, insecure owners/management -Terrible, inefficient HR team -The policy of compulsory work from office (which led to a covid supper spreader event in office) -The policy of "quit if you are no longer living in Bangalore" even if you are one of the best performers (changes are made depending on your CEO-pleasing skills -Biased toward only some employees who are allowed to work from home, even if they are not a resident of Bangalore -No appraisal arrears paid/ very late appraisals (mentioned April on the offer letter and appraisals happened in August) -Work on weekends/spillovers -No cross-training programs for willing employees -Some disrespectful members from senior management --sleazy remarks, making people uncomfortable by drinking heavily in team outings -Forcing people to take up tasks that they are uncomfortable/ have no experience with (without training them) -No appreciation, no recognition, no rewards for exceptional performances -The tendancy to fire people left right and center

US Team members are good.

Dislikes

They make fake promises before joining. They don't have any strict policies. They keep on changing the policies. There is no one to listen to your concern. They don't even keep HR. They cancel the holidays according to their wish.

Oh my God! Toxic culture I ever seen. This is not process driven company. Purely a CEO and one more slave to him driven company. Even to buy a tissue paper, approval required from CEO. In the name of startup, they make you work like donkey. Even, there is work life balance. Management makes you work up to 16 hours a day by saying they need hard workers. Please run away of this company. as per my knowledge, No employee finished 1 year tenure in the organization. They have recruited almost 15 people for marketing and sales and they fired all of them one by one within a year.

At first, all the other reviews are paid. please verify the reviews with the other websites(glassdoor etc.) also there is only one person the Boss who will fire the employees whenever he wants. . they also run another company with the name symbiosis don't get into the trap.
