Good work-life balance
Hierarchy wise you can reach out to anyone and learn
Good when you do not want to work or are need a chill job
Compensation is way lesser than the corporate average
HR doesn't clear anything during the time of joining
The company policies are the worst with zero profitable reimbursement
They don't even provide free parking to the employees
They give you good opportunities to learn and explore.. they will teach you each process.. work culture is great.. company policies also good.. job security is there..
Compensation wise bit lower end.. kind poor management.. authorities is not there to your immediate boss.. everything from us counter part.. no motivation factor from management..
