Job Security is good. You have a less chance to be fired. Work Culture and Management is also good , they treat you as humans in office. No Company policies exists as such except they will do everything for you not to join any other trading firm.( They wont increase your pay either)

Dislikes

Pathetic Work Life Balance. No place for appraisal . You complete a year today and your salary increases 1.5 years later. Not much growth in terms of career and learning except that you are in Gurgaon. Good thing is no Politics . All are equal.

it's really great company and I am feeling proud to be the part of open futures pvt. ltd. company, good understanding and bonding between employee and administration, administration are really helpful in every situation rather it personal, commercial or office related problem at the bottom this company is like family
